Job Summary
Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Benefits Call Center Representative will support customers by answering inbound calls related to employee and retiree annuity benefits, managing a steady call volume in a remote environment while providing accurate and timely resolutions.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls regarding retirement-related inquiries and benefit information
- Navigate multiple systems to provide accurate resolutions while managing a high volume of calls
- Ensure a professional and positive experience for every caller by actively listening and demonstrating empathy
Required qualifications
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Spanish
- Previous customer service and/or call center experience
- Experience with healthcare, employer benefits, or retirement/annuity benefits preferred
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree
- Successful completion of a background check
