Bilingual Call Center Representative

Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Benefits Call Center Representative will assist customers by answering inbound calls related to employee and retiree annuity benefits, navigating multiple systems, and providing accurate resolutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls regarding retirement-related inquiries and benefit information
• Manage a steady call volume while ensuring a professional and positive experience for callers
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions while adhering to guidelines and maintaining attention to detail

Required qualifications

• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Spanish
• Previous customer service and/or call center experience
• Experience with healthcare, employer benefits, or retirement/annuity benefits preferred
• High school diploma, GED, or college degree
• Successful completion of a background check
