Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time remote Bilingual Call Center Representative will manage incoming calls for emergency roadside assistance, ensuring members receive prompt and compassionate support while documenting their needs accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Field incoming calls from members requiring emergency roadside assistance, including towing and locksmith services
• Document member details accurately while ensuring their immediate safety and satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to expedite the dispatching process and maintain smooth operations

Required qualifications

• Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Advanced computer skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Comprehensive understanding of maps, GPS systems, and traffic safety rules
