Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Specialist, who will provide quality customer service in a remote, part-time role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calls by listening to patient requests and taking appropriate actions, including scheduling appointments and answering medication refill questions
- Exemplify high levels of customer service while maintaining confidentiality and efficiency
- Perform data entry and maintain knowledge of insurance billing as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
- Associate's Degree or Medical Assistant Certification with 1 year of experience
- Experience in a call center or busy phone system
- Electronic appointment scheduling experience
- Must have access to reliable, high-speed internet and reside in the United States
