Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Specialist, who will provide quality customer service in a remote, part-time role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calls by listening to patient requests and taking appropriate actions, including scheduling appointments and answering medication refill questions
  • Exemplify high levels of customer service while maintaining confidentiality and efficiency
  • Perform data entry and maintain knowledge of insurance billing as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
  • Associate's Degree or Medical Assistant Certification with 1 year of experience
  • Experience in a call center or busy phone system
  • Electronic appointment scheduling experience
  • Must have access to reliable, high-speed internet and reside in the United States
