Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Specialist - Remote - Part-Time (22.5hrs/wk) - Bilingual REQUIRED (Spanish/English) - $21/hr.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, quality customer service to internal staff and external patients
• Manage calls by scheduling appointments and transmitting messages to the clinical team
• Demonstrate proficient data entry skills and knowledge of insurance billing while maintaining confidentiality

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Associate's Degree OR Medical Assistant Certification with 1 year of experience
• Experience in a call center or busy phone system
• Electronic appointment scheduling experience
• Strong customer service experience
