Job Summary
To enhance customer experience, the part-time Bilingual Call Center Specialist will manage calls, schedule appointments, and respond to patient inquiries in a remote setting, requiring proficiency in both Spanish and English.
Key responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service by managing calls and addressing patient requests
- Schedule appointments and transmit messages to the clinical team electronically
- Maintain confidentiality while demonstrating proficient data entry and knowledge of insurance billing
Required qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
- Associate's Degree or Medical Assistant Certification plus 1 year of experience
- Experience in a call center or busy phone system
- Electronic appointment scheduling experience
- Remote workers must have access to reliable, high-speed Internet and reside in the United States
