Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls by taking ownership and enhancing the customer experience
• Schedule appointments and transmit messages to the clinical team as needed
• Demonstrate proficient data entry skills and maintain confidentiality while addressing patient requests

Required qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
• Associate's Degree is required
• Experience in a call center or busy phone system
• Electronic appointment scheduling experience
• Remote workers must have access to reliable, high-speed Internet and reside in the United States
