Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service in a remote setting, the full-time Bilingual Call Center Specialist will manage patient calls, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries while ensuring confidentiality and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls by taking ownership and enhancing the customer experience
- Schedule appointments and transmit messages to the clinical team as needed
- Demonstrate proficient data entry skills and maintain confidentiality while addressing patient requests
Required qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
- Associate's Degree is required
- Experience in a call center or busy phone system
- Electronic appointment scheduling experience
- Remote workers must have access to reliable, high-speed Internet and reside in the United States
