Key Responsibilities
  • Responds to routine member and/or provider inquiries and concerns promptly and accurately
  • Mitigates complaints to resolve issues during initial contact
  • Documents all communications and maintains performance standards in a high-paced contact center environment
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Entry-level position with little or no previous experience needed
  • Experience with multitasking using multiple systems preferred
  • Fluency in Cambodian is required
