Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Cancer Information Specialist to support Spanish and English-speaking cancer patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to a high volume of inquiries across multiple channels, providing cancer-related information and conducting needs assessments
• Provide information on programs and resources to help patients overcome barriers to care and complete treatment
• Meet established performance goals while contributing to a collaborative team environment

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• At least one year of experience in a bilingual contact center or customer service role
• Experience in a healthcare-related field preferred
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to translate medical information accurately
• Work from home experience strongly preferred
