Bilingual Cancer Information Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Cancer Information Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to high-volume inquiries across multiple channels, providing cancer-related information and conducting needs assessments
• Provide information on cancer-related resources and ACS programs, coordinating support services to help patients complete treatment
• Meet established performance goals while contributing to a collaborative team environment

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• At least one year of experience utilizing bilingual English/Spanish skills in a contact center or customer service setting
• Experience in a healthcare-related field is preferred
• Proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, is required
• Work from home experience is strongly preferred
