Bilingual Cancer Information Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Cancer Information Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to high-volume inquiries through various channels, conducting needs assessments and providing cancer-related information
• Provide information on programs and resources to help patients overcome barriers to care and complete treatment
• Manage a caseload of new and ongoing cases, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• At least one year of experience in a contact center or customer service role utilizing bilingual English/Spanish skills
• Experience in a healthcare-related field preferred
• Proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
• Work from home experience is strongly preferred
