Bilingual Cancer Information Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Cancer Information Specialist to support Spanish and English-speaking cancer patients and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to a high volume of inquiries across multiple channels, conducting needs assessments and providing cancer-related information
• Provide information on programs and resources to help patients overcome barriers to care and complete treatment
• Manage a caseload of new and ongoing cases, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum one year of experience in a bilingual contact center or customer service role
• Experience in a healthcare-related field preferred
• Proficiency in Spanish and English, with the ability to translate medical information accurately
• Work from home experience strongly preferred
