Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Cancer Information Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to a high volume of inquiries across multiple channels, providing cancer-related information and conducting needs assessments
• Provide information on cancer-related resources and support services to help patients navigate their treatment journey
• Manage a regular caseload of new and ongoing cases, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• At least one year of experience in a bilingual contact center or customer service role
• Experience in a healthcare-related field preferred
• Proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
• Work from home experience strongly preferred
