Bilingual Cardiology Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Clinical Guide: Cardiology Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote nursing assessments and provide clinical education to members with heart failure
• Develop and evaluate care plans in collaboration with members and their caregivers
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and improve operational processes

Required Qualifications

• Unrestricted, compact RN license
• Minimum of 4 years of RN experience, with at least 2 years in a non-ICU cardiac focused setting
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to conduct assessments in Spanish
• Comfortable with technology and remote care delivery
• Willingness to work 8-5 in Central Time zone or later time zones
