Job Summary

Providing compassionate support in a fully remote environment, the full-time Bilingual Care Center Representative will respond to emergency and non-emergency calls, monitor medical alerts, and ensure accurate record-keeping while communicating empathetically with clients.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls to assess priorities and dispatch responses according to protocols
  • Monitor medical alerts and alarms, providing care during critical situations
  • Record call details and update customer information in real-time while maintaining confidentiality
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 0-1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare setting
  • Proficient typing skills (minimum of 35 WPM)
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed
