Bilingual Care Consultant (LCSW)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Helpline Counselor/Care Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate guidance and support to constituents using Solution-Focused Brief Therapy techniques
• Educate constituents about Alzheimer's disease and connect them to local resources and services
• Document call interactions accurately and follow established clinical protocols and confidentiality standards

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling
• 1 year of relevant experience
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are required
• Preferred: Licensure (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC)
• Preferred: 2-3 years of experience in a related field
