Job Summary
A company is looking for a Care Coordinator I- Bilingual.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides customer support via phone, email, or instant messaging to business customers and escalates technical issues as needed
- Processes a high volume of customer inquiries related to products and services, resolving a targeted percentage of those inquiries
- Tracks and documents support requests, updates customer information, and meets established quality standards
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- A high school diploma or GED is required; an Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferable
- Equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience may be considered
- Knowledge of the company's products and services is essential for resolving customer inquiries
- Experience in customer service is preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment is required
