Job Summary

Supporting Spanish- and English-speaking patients, the remote Bilingual Care Coordinator will serve as a primary contact for individuals enrolled in Rare Disease Patient Support Services, delivering personalized assistance focused on treatment access and adherence during West Coast business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for patients and caregivers, providing empathetic support and guidance
• Explain insurance coverage, access pathways, and affordability options to patients
• Help patients prepare for discussions with their healthcare providers and refer medical inquiries appropriately

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 6+ years of patient-facing clinical experience or 4 years plus 2+ years in a related industry role
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English, capable of supporting complex conversations in both languages
• Willingness to work remotely during West Coast business hours
• Experience in patient support programs or rare disease environments preferred
