Bilingual Care Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting Spanish- and English-speaking patients, the remote Bilingual Care Coordinator will serve as a primary contact for individuals enrolled in Rare Disease Patient Support Services, delivering personalized assistance focused on treatment access, affordability, and adherence during West Coast business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for patients and caregivers, providing empathetic support and guidance
• Explain insurance coverage, access pathways, and available affordability support options
• Help patients prepare for conversations with healthcare providers while following privacy and safety protocols

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 6+ years of patient-facing clinical experience, or 4 years plus 2+ years in a related clinical role
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English, capable of supporting complex conversations in both languages
• Willingness to work remotely during West Coast business hours
• Experience in patient support programs or rare disease environments is preferred
