Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Manager 1, Bilingual - English & French.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address users' practical and emotional needs via various communication channels
• Act as a product expert, connecting users to specific tools and resources
• Create personalized Care Plans for Managed Care Users and assist with logistical complexities of loss

Required Qualifications:

• Fluency in French and English is required
• 2 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role or related fields
• Must be a resident of and legally authorized to work in the United States
• Strong ability to navigate new technology and adapt to evolving digital environments
• Experience in creating and communicating step-by-step process flows
