Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Manager 1, Bilingual - English & Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address users' practical and emotional needs via various communication channels
• Act as a product expert connecting users to specific tools and resources
• Create personalized Care Plans for Managed Care Users and assist with logistical complexities

Required Qualifications:

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required
• Must be a resident of and legally authorized to work in the United States
• 2 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role or related fields
• Proficient in navigating new technology and adapting to evolving digital environments
• Strong love for learning and conducting research in an unfamiliar field
