Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bi-lingual Care Manager for a Patient Support Call Center position, which is remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform outbound and inbound calls to obtain and document eligibility information and assist customers with pharmacy-related services
- Contact insurance companies for benefit investigations and provide prior authorization and appeals support
- Assist patients with enrollment in copay assistance programs and maintain quality standards set by program KPIs
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Minimum one year of experience in medical billing, reimbursement, or insurance verification
- Previous data entry experience with a typing speed of 30 wpm or more
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs and ability to navigate multiple computer applications
