Bilingual Care Manager

Job Summary

To support patient needs in a remote environment, the full-time Bilingual Care Manager will manage outbound calls for insurance eligibility, benefit investigations, and assist patients with copay assistance while maintaining professionalism and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform outbound calls to insurance companies and document eligibility information accurately
• Assist patients with enrollment in copay assistance programs and provide prior authorization support
• Maintain quality standards and report adverse events according to program policies

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year experience in medical billing, reimbursement, or insurance verification
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Previous data entry experience and ability to type 30wpm or more
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs and soft phone systems
