Job Summary

Supporting clients in their career transitions, the part-time casual Bilingual Career Coach (CA, IL, NJ, NY, TX) will provide one-on-one coaching in Portuguese and English, focusing on job search strategies, resume writing, and interview preparation, all in a remote capacity with flexible hours.

Key responsibilities

• Establish rapport with clients to motivate and guide them through the coaching process
• Advise on career development, transition issues, and job search strategies
• Maintain electronic records and monitor client progress throughout the coaching engagement

Required qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in job search strategy and career coaching
• Fluency in both Portuguese and English
• Experience with virtual coaching and navigating VISA challenges
• Knowledge of job searching in the Bay Area
• Proficiency with technology and AI tools relevant to coaching
