Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual (English/French) Career & Integration Coach.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with employees and motivate them to achieve their goals
• Guide employees through the coaching process and milestone completion
• Advise on career development, transition issues, and job search strategies

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in job search coaching, including resume development and interview preparation
• Demonstrated expertise in facilitation and business coaching
• Experience working with job seekers in the Montreal area
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred; coaching certificate or training is a plus
• Currently resides or works in Montreal
