Job Summary

Supporting relocation and outplacement solutions, the part-time Bilingual Career Coach will provide one-on-one coaching to employees and their spouses/partners in the Bay Area, focusing on job search strategies, integration assistance, and career development while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Establish rapport with program participants and motivate them to achieve their professional and personal goals
• Guide participants through the coaching process and assist with resume writing, interviewing, and job search strategies
• Maintain internal records of service delivery and monitor participant progress to improve job search skills

Required qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in job search strategy and career coaching, including experience with expats and accompanying spouses
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills in both languages
• Resides in the Bay Area and has knowledge of local job searching and cultural practices
• Experience with virtual coaching and navigating VISA challenges
• Familiarity with technology and online coaching tools, including Zoom and MS Teams
