Job Summary

To support relocation and outplacement solutions, a part-time Bilingual Career Coach (IL) will provide one-on-one coaching to employees and their spouses/partners in the Chicago, IL region, focusing on job search strategies and integration assistance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Establishes rapport and motivates program participants to achieve their professional and personal goals
• Guides participants through the coaching process and monitors their progress in job search skills
• Advises on resume writing, interviewing techniques, and career development options

Required qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in job search strategy and career coaching
• Fluency in English and Portuguese, with knowledge of Spanish as a plus
• Experience with virtual coaching and familiarity with technology tools
• Understanding of business and cultural practices within the US
• Currently resides in the Chicago, IL area
