Bilingual Career Coach (IL Licensed)

Job Summary

Supporting clients in their job search and integration, the part-time Bilingual Career Coach (IL Licensed) will provide one-on-one coaching to employees and their spouses/partners in the Chicago, IL region, utilizing technology and coaching methodologies to assist with career development and relocation challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Establish rapport and motivate program participants to achieve their professional and personal goals
• Guide clients through the coaching process, focusing on job search strategies, resume writing, and interview preparation
• Monitor participant progress and provide tailored advice on career development and integration issues

Required qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in job search strategy and career coaching, particularly with expats and accompanying spouses
• Fluency in both English and Spanish; additional languages such as Portuguese are a plus
• Experience with virtual coaching and familiarity with remote work tools
• Knowledge of living and job searching in the Chicago, IL area
• Ability to work up to 20 hours per week as caseloads increase
