Bilingual Career Coach (Korean)

Job Summary

Supporting the relocation of employees and their families, the part-time contract Bilingual Career Coach (Korean) based in Seoul, South Korea, will provide one-on-one coaching using IMPACT Group's technology, helping clients navigate job searches and career transitions.

Key responsibilities

• Establish rapport with participants and motivate them to achieve their career goals
• Guide participants through the coaching process, including career development and cross-cultural issues
• Advise on resume writing, interview preparation, and effective job search strategies

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in career coaching, preferably with expatriates in South Korea
• Bilingual in English and Korean, with strong communication skills
• Understanding of South Korean business and cultural practices
• Experience in resume development and interview preparation
• Currently residing in South Korea, preferably in the Seoul area
