Bilingual Career Coach (NJ)

Job Summary

Supporting career transitions remotely on a part-time basis, the Bilingual Career Coach (NJ) will provide one-on-one coaching to employees and their spouses/partners, focusing on job search strategies and integration into new environments.

Key responsibilities

• Establishes rapport and motivates program participants to achieve their professional and personal goals
• Guides clients through the coaching process, assisting with resume writing, interview preparation, and job search techniques
• Monitors progress and consults with participants on career development and integration challenges

Required qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in job search strategy and career coaching, particularly with expats and accompanying spouses
• Fluency in English and Portuguese; knowledge of Spanish is a plus
• Experience with virtual coaching and familiarity with technology and AI tools
• Understanding of business and cultural practices within the US
• Currently resides in NJ or the Northeast US region
