Bilingual Career Coach (NJ Licensed)

Job Summary

Supporting relocation and outplacement solutions, the part-time Bilingual Career Coach (NJ Licensed) will provide one-on-one coaching to employees and their spouses/partners, assisting them with job search strategies, resume writing, and integration into new environments, while working remotely from home.

Key responsibilities

• Establish rapport with program participants and motivate them to achieve professional and personal goals
• Guide participants through the coaching process and assist with job search skills, including resume writing and interview preparation
• Maintain internal service delivery records and monitor the progress of program participants

Required qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in job search strategy and career coaching, particularly with expats and accompanying spouses
• Fluency in English and Spanish; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus
• Experience with virtual coaching and familiarity with technology and AI tools
• Knowledge of living and job searching in the NJ or Northeast US region
• Ability to work up to 20 hours per week as caseloads increase
