Job Summary

Supporting international relocations, the part-time contract Bilingual Career Coach (Switzerland) will provide one-on-one coaching to relocating employees and their spouses, focusing on career development, job search strategies, and cross-cultural integration while working remotely from Geneva.

Key responsibilities

• Establish rapport and motivate participants to achieve career goals
• Guide clients through the coaching process, ensuring milestone completion
• Advise on CV writing, interview techniques, and job search strategies

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in career coaching, particularly with expatriates
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French; additional languages are a plus
• Strong understanding of business and cultural practices in Geneva
• Experience with job seekers across various professions and levels
• Currently resides in Switzerland, preferably in the French canton areas
