Bilingual Career Coach (TX)

Job Summary

Supporting employees and their families during relocation and outplacement, the part-time Bilingual Career Coach (TX) will provide one-on-one coaching in English and Portuguese, focusing on job search strategies, resume writing, and integration into the Houston area while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Establish rapport with program participants and motivate them to achieve their professional and personal goals
• Guide participants through the coaching process, assisting with job search skills and integration challenges
• Maintain records of service delivery and monitor the progress of program participants

Required qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in job search strategy and career coaching
• Fluency in English and Portuguese; knowledge of Spanish is a plus
• Experience coaching expatriates and their families on job search and integration
• Strong understanding of the Houston job market and living conditions
• Experience with virtual coaching and familiarity with technology and AI tools
