Bilingual Career Coach (TX Licensed)

Job Summary

To support relocation and outplacement solutions, a part-time Bilingual Career Coach (TX Licensed) will provide one-on-one coaching for employees and their spouses/partners in the Houston area, focusing on job search strategies, integration, and career development while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Establish rapport and motivate program participants to achieve their professional and personal goals
• Guide participants through the coaching process, advising on career options, resume writing, and interview preparation
• Monitor progress and address integration challenges faced by participants and their families

Required qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in job search strategy and career coaching, particularly with expats and their spouses
• Fluency in English and Spanish; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus
• Experience with virtual coaching and familiarity with remote work tools
• Strong understanding of job searching and living in the Houston area
• Master's degree in a relevant field or coaching certification preferred
