Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of professional experience in career development, coaching, or related program management
Knowledge of the Amazon hiring process is a plus
Experience delivering career coaching in a remote format
High level of technical proficiency and familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack
