Bilingual Career Transition Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual (English/French) Career & Integration Transition Coach.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with employees and motivate them to achieve their career goals
• Guide employees through the coaching process and assist with career development and transition issues
• Maintain electronic service delivery records and monitor progress of employees in their job search

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in job search coaching, including resume development and interview preparation
• Demonstrated expertise in facilitation and business coaching
• Experience working with job seekers in the Montreal area
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
• Coaching certificate or training is a plus
