Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and communicate basic account information
- Input data from submitted paperwork and maintain accurate reports
- Regularly update account information and participate in phone rotation
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of call center experience preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
- Insurance experience is a plus
