Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls and communicate basic account information
  • Input data from submitted paperwork and maintain accurate reports
  • Regularly update account information and participate in phone rotation
Required Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of call center experience preferred
  • 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
  • Insurance experience is a plus
