Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Analyst I - Bilingual (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Process files from various educational regions and verify documentation compliance
• Assess credentials and ensure accuracy of academic information within specified timeframes
• Maintain organized workflow and security of applicant information while executing daily operational tasks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of experience in credential processing and monitoring preferred
• Proficient in IT systems including Microsoft Office applications
• Fluency in German and/or French, with the ability to read and comprehend documents
• Knowledge of international education and/or foreign systems of education desirable
