Bilingual Case Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a fixed-term contract basis, the full-time Bilingual Case Analyst will examine case files, analyze data from various sources, and ensure the accuracy of case information while processing applications and maintaining organized workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Processing files from various educational regions and ensuring documentation meets WES requirements
• Reviewing records and verifying academic information for accuracy and consistency
• Developing knowledge of international education systems and applying it to case evaluations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of experience in credential processing preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to learn new systems quickly
• Fluency in German and/or French, with the ability to read and comprehend documents in these languages
• Knowledge of international education systems desirable
