Bilingual Case Management Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Case Management Associate - Maternity (Remote-CST/MST/PST).

Key Responsibilities

• Support Case Managers in communication with members and direct callers to appropriate staff
• Conduct outreach and follow-up calls to members and providers, assisting with intake and information gathering
• Document member and provider information in the medical management database and assist with quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in CST, MST, or PST time zones
• 1 - 3 years of customer service experience in a healthcare environment
• Bilingual (Spanish speaking) preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Call center experience strongly preferred
