Job Summary

A company is looking for a CCO Service Agent - Language Requirement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to members and providers regarding inquiries and issues
• Meet or exceed performance KPIs while following established policies and procedures
• Identify and de-escalate upset situations, initiating investigations and recommending process improvements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
• Prior experience in a customer service environment
• Experience in cross-functional projects related to customer interaction
• Working experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
