Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Bilingual CCO Service Agent will assist clients with inquiries and resolve issues in a 100% remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in both English and Spanish
- Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate information is maintained

Required qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
