Job Summary

A company is looking for a Certified Medical Assistant, Bilingual.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to prescription refill requests through various communication channels
• Verify the validity and accuracy of prescription refill requests and prepare refills accordingly
• Provide administrative support for special projects related to medication refill programs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of experience in a retail pharmacy
• Extensive knowledge of Medicare Part D regulations and HIPAA compliance
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
• Current, unrestricted Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) license and a nationally recognized Medical Assistant certificate
