Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Management Specialist - Multi / Bilingual (French / Spanish) - Remote US / Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and drive the execution of change management strategies
  • Lead and coordinate the change management team and engage with senior leadership
  • Design, manage, execute, and evaluate the change process to ensure smooth transitions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, human resources, or a related field
  • Master's degree is highly desirable
  • Certification in Change Management preferred (e.g., Prosci, ACMP or equivalent)
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in change management or related fields, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role
  • Multi/Bilingual - (English & French / Spanish)
