Job Summary
Focusing on driving distribution through the Global Reseller Community, the full-time Bilingual Channel Sales Manager will recruit resellers, lead deal execution, and partner with internal teams to enhance business results.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit and manage relationships with resellers to expand distribution of Square's products
- Lead all aspects of deal execution, including target identification, business case development, and contract negotiation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful partnership launches and accountability for business outcomes
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in developing distribution partnerships with ISOs, ISVs, and VARs
- Deep understanding of the Global Reseller landscape and market dynamics
- Strong analytical skills to demonstrate ROI for partner initiatives
- Excellent project management skills with experience leading global initiatives
- Strategic thinking with a proven ability to identify growth opportunities
