Job Summary
Focusing on recruiting and managing partnerships within the Global Reseller Community, the full-time Bilingual Channel Sales Manager will drive the distribution of Square's products, lead deal execution, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve business results.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard Resellers as a primary focus of the role
- Drive product distribution through the Global Reseller Community
- Lead deal execution including target identification, negotiations, and partnership launches
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in developing and managing distribution partnerships with ISOs, ISVs, and VARs
- Deep understanding of the Global Reseller landscape and market dynamics
- Strong analytical skills to demonstrate ROI for partner initiatives
- Excellent project management skills for leading cross-functional initiatives
- Strategic thinking with a focus on identifying growth opportunities
