Bilingual Chinese Member Services Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assoc Rep, Member Services - Bilingual Chinese.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming calls from members and providers, excluding provider claims calls
• Accurately record all calls as applicable
• Assist callers with Web Portal registration and utilization

Required Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 0-1 year of experience
• Preferred Education: Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Preferred Experience: 1-3 years
