Bilingual Claims Examiner

Job Summary

Managing customer shipping insurance claims, the full-time Bilingual Claims Examiner will process claims, communicate with clients in both English and French, and handle customer inquiries in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage a large volume of incoming claims
• Communicate with customers regarding their open claims and inquiries
• File claims with shipping companies and provide customer support via email, live chat, and telephone

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Experience in customer service with the ability to manage escalated calls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Bilingual in English and French
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
