Bilingual Claims Intake Representative
Job Summary
Providing technical and telephonic customer service support, the full-time Bilingual Claims Intake Representative will assist in setting up first notice of loss claims while working remotely during scheduled hours of 11am-8pm or 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide telephone service and assistance to customers and claim-related parties
- Enter and maintain required claim information in the company claim system
- Notify technical personnel regarding new losses and technical inquiries
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2-year degree or higher preferred
- Bilingual Spanish abilities, including translation, are required
- 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
