Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Bilingual Claims Specialist will manage inbound and outbound communications, process claims, and facilitate repair services for customers and retailers in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle daily inbound and outbound communications regarding claims processes, including determining coverage and authorizing services
- Review and monitor open claims, proactively following up to ensure timely closure while maintaining high accuracy and customer service levels
- Receive and assess Inspection Packets from customers to determine warranty replacements or denials
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Successful completion of existing training related to claims processing
- Proficiency in computer and keyboard skills
- Ability to adapt to new procedures and changes in the claims process
- Experience in customer service or claims management is preferred
